Suggest API Privacy Policy

Skyclear Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") sets out below how it handles the information collected through the "Egosaru Suggest API" and the WordPress plugin "Egosaru Suggest" (together, the "Service") provided on gstudio1.com.

1. Information collected and how long it is kept

2. Purposes

3. Disclosure to third parties and outsourcing

We do not provide the information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
To fetch suggestions, keywords are sent to the public autocomplete of Google, Bing, YouTube, Amazon, Rakuten Ichiba, Yahoo!, DuckDuckGo, Baidu, Yandex, Naver, Daum and others. Your API key and information about you are not sent.
Payments for paid plans are processed by Stripe. We do not keep card numbers.

4. The WordPress plugin "Egosaru Suggest"

The plugin sends the keyword entered in the post editor's sidebar, together with the configured API key, from the WordPress site's server to us.
It does not send post content or titles, visitor information or your user information.
The API key is stored and sent on the server side and is never output to the browser.
The IP address recorded in this case is that of the WordPress site's server.

5. Cookies

Pages after sign-up and login use cookies to keep you logged in. The API (/api/v1/) does not use cookies.

6. Security

We take reasonable security measures, such as access restrictions, to protect the information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration and leakage.

7. Requests for disclosure, correction or deletion

If you ask us to disclose, correct, stop using or delete personal information we hold about you, we will respond in accordance with the law after confirming your identity. Please contact us through the contact form below.

8. Changes

We may change this policy when necessary. The changed policy takes effect when it is posted on this page.
