Suggest API Terms of Service

Established: 18 October 2026 / Last revised: 24 October 2026

This is an English translation of the Japanese original. If the two differ, the Japanese version prevails.

These terms set out the conditions for using the "Egosaru Suggest API" and the related WordPress plugin "Egosaru Suggest" (together, the "Service") provided on gstudio1.com by Skyclear Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Article 1 (The Service)

The Service is an API that collects the public autocomplete suggestions of Google, Bing, YouTube, Amazon, Rakuten Ichiba, Yahoo!, DuckDuckGo, Baidu, Yandex, Naver, Daum and others, for each language the site offers, and returns them as JSON. The specification is in the API documentation.

Article 2 (API keys)

  1. Anyone can obtain an API key free of charge. Sign up, log in and issue a key from "API" in the user menu.
  2. Paid plans also require an account. The plans and prices are shown on the pricing page; payment methods, cancellation and refunds are described in the legal notice.
  3. Paid plans are not offered to persons located in countries or regions subject to comprehensive sanctions by Japan or the United States.
  4. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. Use it from your server; do not embed it in browser JavaScript or in files that are made public. Usage by a third party resulting from insufficient care is treated as your usage.
  5. You may not transfer, lend or sell a key to anyone else.

Article 3 (Limits)

  1. The Free plan currently allows 30 requests per minute, 1,000 requests per day (UTC) and 20 not-yet-cached keywords per day (per source). Paid plan limits are shown on the pricing page.
  2. Limits may change without notice. Above a limit the API returns 429.

Article 4 (Prohibited conduct)

You must not:

  1. act against the law or public order and morals;
  2. interfere with the operation of the Service (for example by placing excessive load on it, or obtaining several keys to get around the limits);
  3. redistribute or resell data obtained from the Service as an API or data-delivery service that competes with the Service;
  4. use the Service improperly (obtaining keys fraudulently, using someone else's key, or accessing our systems without authorization);
  5. use the data in a way that violates the terms of the source services (Google and others);
  6. retrieve the site's keyword result pages (under /suggest/keyword/) mechanically or in bulk with a program (use the Service for bulk retrieval);
  7. do anything else we reasonably consider inappropriate.

Article 5 (The data)

The data is based on the public autocomplete responses of each source service. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, continuity or freshness. Its content may change, or it may become unavailable, without notice, for example when a source service changes.

Article 6 (Logs)

To operate the Service, prevent misuse and manage the limits, we record and keep information about your requests (keywords, results, IP addresses, API keys and so on). Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Article 7 (Changes, suspension and termination)

  1. We may change the Service, or interrupt or end it, without prior notice.
  2. If you breach these terms, we may disable your API key or suspend your use without prior notice.

Article 8 (Disclaimer and limitation of liability)

  1. The Service is provided as is. Unless agreed separately in writing, no service level (SLA) is guaranteed, including on paid plans.
  2. We are not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.

Article 9 (Changes to these terms)

We may change these terms when necessary. The changed terms take effect when they are posted on this page.

Article 10 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Sapporo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to the Service.
