What is eBay Suggest?

eBay Suggest is the list of search predictions that appears when you type a keyword into the search box of eBay, one of the world's largest online marketplaces. Each country's eBay (US, UK, Germany, Australia and more) shows the words buyers there actually search for.

With Egosaru, just enter a keyword and it collects eBay's search suggestions in one go, expanded with a space, the language's own letters, A–Z and 0–9, and lists them. You can switch the country (eBay site) to compare markets.

Here are some ways you can use it.

  • Finding keywords for listing titles when you sell abroad
  • Comparing how buyers search in different countries
  • Checking marketplace demand side by side with Amazon suggestions
  • Making sure unwanted suggestions don't appear for your brand or product names

You can use the eBay suggestions you collect right away for listing titles, keyword research and market research. It is free to use as often as you like, so start with a keyword you want to check.

FAQ

What is a suggestion?
It is the list of predicted searches shown as you type into a search box. These are combinations of words that many people actually search for, so they are a good clue to what people want to find.
Does it cost anything?
The tool is free to use and you do not need an account. If you sign up, you can track how keywords change over time and filter results with positive and negative terms.
What does "A–Z, 0–9" expansion mean?
It also collects the suggestions you get when you add one character after your keyword, such as "keyword + a" or "keyword + b". It saves you from typing dozens of searches by hand.
Do the results include search volume?
Suggestions themselves do not include search counts. The terms shown are ones with a certain amount of searches, but for exact monthly volumes, check a tool such as Google Keyword Planner.
Why do I get zero results?
Terms with few searches do not produce suggestions. The search engine may also temporarily block requests. Try a shorter keyword, or try again a little later.
Does Egosaru support Yandex and Baidu?
Yes. Yandex is available in the Russian, Ukrainian and Turkish editions, and Baidu in the Chinese, Japanese and English editions. Yandex does not support Japanese, so use Russian, Ukrainian or Turkish keywords.
